Harold Franks is a partner at SF Partnership, LLP.

Prior to joining the Firm, Harold was also the CFO of a major distribution company in Canada and the U.S, and a Vice-President of a Canadian-based commercial real estate development company.

Harold’s extensive experience includes audit and accounting, tax, estate, family and succession planning, and business advisory services for an array of owner-managed businesses. His industry specialties include real estate and construction, distribution, manufacturing and service.

Harold is a member of the Public Accountants’ & Auditors’ Board, South Africa and a Director and Treasurer of a not-for-profit organization.
