Brook Scarr is the partner in charge of the tax department of SF Partnership, LLP.

Brook has serviced the business community for over 20 years, providing expertise in taxation with a focus in the areas of tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and litigation support.

Brook has extensive experience in international taxation, particularly in Canada/US cross-border matters and is the founder of the Firm’s “International Taxation Group”.

In addition, he is an agent of the US Internal Revenue Service, authorized to assist in the filing of W-7’s and in obtaining both US individual (ITIN) and employer (EIN) identification numbers.

Brook is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
